I'm active and from Sudan and I want to write this to thank you, Dr. Berg. You really helped me a lot, especially with fat loss.

Before I looked like this, I used to work out and eat whatever food I felt like eating and snack a lot even if it was unhealthy, and while I did see some muscle gains, I wasn't good looking and I had a big belly that made me look weird and I had high cholesterol in my heart but then I went on the web and learned across fasting and I did the fasting every other day and eating what you want on non-fasting days. And this is when I lost some muscle and felt tired and started to wonder if fasting is really good but I found your channel and after I watched the (is fasting safe for teens) video, I felt calm and started seeing more of your videos. And I uncovered the myths and the secrets that were keeping me from losing fat. Now, I do the 20:4 fasting method and I really feel great with great energy even when I workout and my belly disappeared like magic, my muscles also recovered faster and they looked more clear and defined. I just really want to thank you for your hard work and for sharing your knowledge. I probably wouldn't have looked like this if I didnt stumble across your channel You're such a legend thanks for your tie reading this piece. (sorry if this sounds arrogant, but my biceps are bigger than this its just that i was just now working them out and the camera is a bit bad)
