Leaky Valve In The Heart

My mum had a leaky valve in the heart and the doctor said there was no treatment except for surgery when it gets bad. The doctor mentioned exercising often, but I needed a better solution. I've always watched your videos to learn from the best. You always mentioned magnesium is good for the heart, so she take magnesium supplements, ate vegetables, and fish oil which helped stop the leaky valves. I know it was starting to work because prior to taking magnesium, she had short dizziness if any heavy work is done.
