Lack of resources & Adoption
By: Hacan
Hi. My name is Hacan.
I'm 39 years old and I live in the North Region of Pakistan (which is quite modest and underdeveloped). My lifestyle is very sedentary and I work in a office for longer hours of the day. Throughout my life I have tried to control my weight and adapted different types of diet plans, but nothing worked for a long time.
I came across Dr. Berg's youtube channel 3 months ago and it completely changed me. I adopted his ideas, but because I live in a different country I couldn't buy dome of the products and food like in US or Europe.
But anyway, I managed with the knowledge and wisdom imparted by the Doctor Berg in his lectures to reduce 10 kg of weight and remain fresh in my long working hours. In the region where I live, every meal starts & finish with sweet and sugary foods and almost everything have sugars in it. So, it was very difficult at the beginning to completely put a full stop to all those foods, but the motivation I got from Dr. Berg's lectures helped me sail through the tough times.
Major problems here are the absence of many vitamins & minerals Dr.Berg suggests in his lectures, as these things are not available here and sourcing them from other countries are very expensive and out of the reach. That's why I would like to request from Dr.Berg to share his knowledge on the alternative sources for those vitamins & minerals, which people like us, from the farthest corners of the world could use and benefit from.
Special thanks. Regards.
