Keto/ ketosis can change your life try it!

When I started the Keto diet to lose my menopause weight, that suddenly appeared. My daughter suggested keto since her husband was able to lose his belly fat on keto and he leads me to Dr. Berg's videos to learn how it works with the carbs, proteins, and fat to get to ketosis. Once I understood the process, I gave it a try. First, I used a carb manager app to keep me on course, according to weight it gave me the carb, protein, and fat % when I input my daily meals. I was flabbergasted that I was eating so many carbs over 300omg a day. After getting to the right percentages about 3mo, I started to see my premenopause shape coming back. I went down 1 dress. I was amazed at what being in ketosis /fat burning does, it change my lifestyle. I eat healthier, continue to watch Dr. Berg's videos, and encourage others. After 1 year, I reach my goal weight, I'm down 3 dress sizes. 2 years in and I am maintaining my weight with a healthy very low carb diet.
