Keto is natural

I am a 32 year old driver and I have always neglected food and ate anything and everything. Because of a stressful job and long hours instinctively I was eating more and more to compensate for the lack of energy. Lots of full cream coffee, chocolate, ice cream, fast-foods, and anything I could get my hand on. Thinking back I must have consumed probably more than 3000 kcal a day with no effort at all. I was not doing any physical activity and my lifestyle was very sedentary. I started feeling very bad health-wise and had diabetes attacks from consuming sugars. I couldn't even eat one fry because I would start to shake and have high blood sugar symptoms. That is when I started working on my diet and first, I tried a full keto meal plan for a week and it was great but I couldn’t stick to it. The habits were too strong I would eat keto for a few weeks but drink coffee with sugar and syrup and cookies :). So I could not hold a keto diet for long. What did it for me was the videos and the knowledge of how everything works inside the body. That was a real help in understanding what the body really needs and how to take care of it. I was overweight now for a few years but after taking care of my diet I lost about 10 kg in 3-4 months. Now the scale is constantly around 80kg and slowly dropping and i feel great. But one very important thing was exercise, i cannot believe how much that did for me. I switched my job for one that was a bit more active and on the days that i was staying home i would feel bad and on the days that i would work for like 12 hours a day i would feel good. I was asking for more work. When i was home i felt the need to do some work, anything to use some of that energy, so i would move a heavy dumbbell from one side of the room to the other. But looking back i think i started keto to abruptly and even now i do not follow a specific diet or meal plan, but now i know what i can eat and what i cannot and i am not very strict about it. Now that the initial crisis has passed the only thing i have to watch out for is sugar, if i stay away from sugar i am fine, once a week is acceptable but only if i do a lot of effort that day.
