Keto + Intermittent Fasting is a powerhouse!

I started Intermittent fasting in 2018, after a vital test that showed for a young 30-year-old man, my numbers were not promising, even with my own research about fasting, I managed to take out 29 pounds in three months, as years went by my bad carb habits crept in, I eventually gained 17 of those lost pounds, even when I increased my intermittent fasting, the results were spotty, thanks to Dr. Berg videos and tips, I managed to get on keto + IF and not only lost those 17 pounds but 3 more and in merely 3 months, I am in a great shape now trying to gain muscle mass. I enjoy making keto recipes, my focus and energy level are incredible, sleeping has never been better, I think I have virtually zero inflammation which was a problem in my past. Thank you Dr. Berg!
