Keto from infancy

Before I was born my mother's diet was mostly free fruit, soup, bread, and crackers. So I was born with severe allergies to wheat gluten and oranges. This was 1940, University of Washington allergy specialist gave my mother a lot of foods not to feed me. Basically all the new popular things to feed a baby were on that list. I survived quite well because my father was a fisherman and my mother was a gardener. So my diet was fish and wild game and vegetables from the garden. When we would get milk it was poured from the top of a 5-gallon milk can before it was sent to the processer to be pasteurized and homogenized, so it was mostly cream. I grew up with an aversion to sugar and knew that cake and white bread would make me sick. As I grew into adulthood I outgrew most of my allergies while my sister grew into hers as she developed a craving for sweets and bread. I love Dr. Berg's because as a healthcare professional I can refer clients to them so that they can get advice that is outside my scope of practice to give. And it justifies my strange diet that has allowed me to live these 81 years .
