Keto and Intermittent fasting works!

Hi! I started keto at the beginning of February 2021. Tomorrow, it will be July and I am down 47 lbs and feel amazing! I found Dr. Berg a month into doing keto and have learned a lot of valuable information from him. I don't have a gallbladder and about 4 weeks into this new way if eating, I developed a painful and itchy rash. I did some googling and figured out that I had "keto rash". However, I couldn't find any information on how to treat it so I commented on one of Dr. Berg's videos about the problem and was directed to a video that talked about what to do about treating the rash. I started taking the vitamins that Dr. Berg suggested and the rash was gone within a week. I continue the vitamins so it stays gone. Thank you for all the info you provide us with! I still have about 45 more lbs I'd like to lose and look forward to more content from Dr. Berg!
