Keto and IF saved my life

I followed the keto and IF plan and read Dr. Berg’s Healthy Keto Plan book, and for 6 months now I've lost 93 lbs. I was 340lbs now 247 lbs. Physically I’m better and mentally I’m like the short circuit robot! I can’t stop learning! Thanks to ketones and Dr. Berg has inspired me to learn about physiology and anatomy. The mainstream medical advice in the uk is seemingly incorrect and funded by organisations that promote unhealthy foodstuffs. Ketogenic diet is not corporate based or big pharma endorsed. It’s simply our natural way of fat energy! Sugar energy is our reserve not the other way round!
