Keto affect on Haemachromatosis
Story
By: Patrick BAC
I have hereditary Haemachromatosis (C282Y gene) and I use to require regular venesection to control my iron level. For the past 2 years, I have been strict with OMAD and keto, I have regular blood checks for my ferritin level to determine my next venesection. I haven’t required a venesection for over a year now and my ferritin level has even started to fall slightly! Thank you, Dr. Berg. Pat
