just accomplished my goal by keto and IF

My name is Araz. I'm 35 years old and live in Istanbul Turkey. I almost always have been overweight my entire adulthood, and getting into shape and having a healthy lifestyle has been in the back of my head. Until the pandemic got everything worse! I was stuck at home and gained even more weight and got into the obesity range. Finally, 3 months ago I made my big decision to lose weight and get in shape. I was confused by the volume of diverse information/misinformation and instantly cut my calories. I was very lucky at the start of my journey to discover very few good youtube channels (mainly Dr. Berg's) whose content made sense to me and I got to know the reasoning behind the suggestions and focusing on the roots and causes of my problems (not the symptoms) so I took ketogenic diet very seriously. I omitted sugar and carbohydrates. and began to add intermittent fasting to my program. it was very easier than I imagined and after a few days, I was doing 20-4 and soon OMAD.
In less than 3 months, I lost more than 18 kilograms. I walked an average of 10 km a day and worked out 1-2 times a week (in a fasted state). My energy levels and focus are now very improved and I feel happier and younger. I want to maintain my lifestyle and want to focus more on building muscle. My advice to people who want to start is "be honest with yourself and believe that it's very easier than you imagine at the beginning" and a big thank you to Dr. Berg.
