1st meal about 4pm
3 eggs, with onion, pepper, mushroom, nutritional yeast, wheat grass, cilantro, parsley, asparagus, cream of tartar, sea salt, black pepper, turmeric, all mixed in with an omelet
2-3 pieces of bacon
fried cabbage with about 5 cups of spinach, 2-3 cups of kale
second meal about 7-8pm
a large salad of about 4 or 5 cups of kale and a few cups of spinach with butter on top
sometimes mashed cauliflower 1/2 pound with about 1tsp heavy cream, and 1tsp of butter
some kind of meat, either chicken, beef, pork, turkey, usually a small serving a few ounces
