Jaw Pain and Bruxism

For years and years, I suffered from periodic bouts of pain in my mouth. My teeth would ache and be rougher than they would normally feel and I knew I had been grinding during the night while I slept. In the last 12 months, I have married and moved a very long way from my hometown and started my life all over again. Recently, I went to a local doctor about pain in my right jaw and he diagnosed my jaw pain as TMJ and he recommended physiotherapy jaw exercises and using magnesium topical creams to soothe and ease the pain which is so bad I had to take paracetamol twice daily to cope. But after watching your video blog about Bruxism and the benefits of taking Vitamin D3 and K2, I followed your advice and I have noticed a huge change in a matter of a month my TMJ pain has gone. JUST GONE.. my teeth are doing better and I haven't woken up with sore teeth as well. Thank you, Dr.!!
