Intermitting fasting works!

I started following Dr. Berg on Facebook. On February 2, I weighed 214. I planned on giving up sweets & junk food for lent. After seeing all the benefits of intermittent fasting and all the problems of carbohydrates. I started waiting until 11:00 am to eat my first meal. A healthy salad with Avocados tomatoes and cucumbers and Romain lettuce. All I add is ground black pepper and pink Himalayan salt. Then I’ll have either a hamburger made with ground chuck 80% or a piece of fish or chicken. I also have cabbage steamed with red onions, steamed asparagus. I drink water bulletproof coffee and Hibiscus tea. Today I weighed 194 lbs. Thanks, Dr. Berg.
