I am a fairly new subscriber to your channel. I saw an episode on intermittent fasting and applied its principles and was amazed. I have lost 34 lbs. and feel terrific! My husband was so amazed by my progress, he started intermittent fasting and has lost weight as well. I plan to continue losing weight using intermittent fasting and vegan diet. Your show is a life changer. It's awesome that you pack so much powerful health info into approximately 2-4 minute slots of time.
