I have kept the extra weight off for 6 years now

I had gained about 25 pounds between 2000 and 2016. It packed on slowly but I couldn't seem to stop it. I didn't want to try all kinds of diets because a friend of mine did and she nearly destroyed her metabolism. I'd rather carry the extra pounds instead of torturing myself with all kinds of diet fads. I promised myself "when the right thing comes along that actually makes sense to me, then I'll try to lose weight. But I will NOT buy pills or expensive food packages and do all kinds of crazy stuff!" One day, my mom sent me a Dr. Eric Berg video on weight loss and apple cider vinegar (I don't remember anymore which video it was). That was what introduced me to Dr. Berg and I couldn't stop watching video after video and I put a lot of his advice to use and my weight started melting away. That was in late September of 2016. I was so surprised and extremely pleased with how easy it actually was. At first, I lost weight very fast (too fast) so I slowed down to give my skin and energy time to keep up with the changes. By Christmas time, I had lost 22 pounds! I lost another 8 pounds in January of 2017 without trying. I was actually too skinny at that point but I got so many compliments and questions about how I had managed to lose weight; I told them about the keto way of eating and watch Dr. Eric Berg. I gained back about 7-8 pounds and I am still to this day at my happy weight. Thank you so so much Dr. Berg for all the valuable information that you share. With your help, I have gained so much understanding, common sense, and insight into food, weight loss, and health; it has really empowered me to take better care of myself.
