I'm doing intermittent fasting for 6 months, and a keto diet (maybe 95% keto). I have 2 meals per day plus one snack(usually nuts) over a 7 hour period. I lost constantly about 1lb per week, my dizziness is gone, I'm less anxious, my joint pain in the morning is gone, no need for urination overnight. (I'm a male in my early 50s) Thank you!
