Intermittent Fasting has changed my life

Dr. Berg your plan works. I am trying to lose weight all my life. It was only here listening to you that I found out that my body has too much insulin resistance and that it has been keeping me from losing weight. Since December 2020 till now, I have lost 35 pounds. I now only eat one time a day and NEVER have cravings for snacks. It took me four months to achieve this and I am keeping it up. I walk one hour every morning which has helped a lot to reduce my weight! Keep hard-boiled eggs in my fridge at all times, eat one when I feel hungry, and make sure I eat them slowly.
