Inositol and intermittent fasting for insulin and PCOS

After a long battle with PCOS, I finally did 3 successful things: 1. Intermittent fasting (as a muslim it was always good for me so I kept it a habit but on liquids only) 2. Inositol! OMG! Everything is going back to normal! 3. I supplement regularly ..and when I don't my hair signals to me. PCOS is a nightmare that is treatable! Metformin is not good as it damages the gut.
