Improved memory

I am 34, a mother of 4, one is a baby, I work from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. I sleep by 11or sometimes 12 am. I hardly get enough sleep coz I have to wake up and feed my baby. My memory became bad. I hardly remember things and have to use my phone alarm clock to remember things. I did intermittent fasting and keto daily for just 2 weeks and got my memories back. I can now remember things and am able to assimilate. My mid section have also reduced. On one occasion I wore a belt on my dress to work and I barely buckle it cos it was tight, but by the time work was over and I changed my work clothes into my clothes the belt became loose on my mid section. I am a medical laboratory scientist from Nigeria and am going to preach Dr. Berg to whoever cares to listen. Thank you so much Dr. Berg!
