I was so tired of having a huge stomach!

There is so much to tell about my weight loss journey. But I will make it short. I just could not lose my stomach no matter what I did. I finally went to Omad and eat at 4:00 pm. everyday and I finally stopped bloating! I eat nothing in between nor do I cheat. At first I was super hungry but just worked through the hunger and after 2-3 days I stopped feeling hungry. I could put my zipper Jean shorts on!!! I was so happy!! I want to try what Dr. Berg suggests in his video about not eating for 48 hours each week and then one week out of each month but just sticking with Omad for now!
