This is my starting body composition on the left, when starting Keto, and the pics on the right are 70 days in. I also started reverse pyramid weight training at the same time. I was 180lb on day one and down to 167lb on day 70. The top pics are relaxed and the bottom pics are flexed. There is no editing and no filters used. I'm not quite where I want to be yet but I'm getting closer.
