I think its important to remember daily that the body takes time to heal & to remember how far you gave come rather than only see what you still want to achieve.

I gained extra weight with each of my pregnancies, always excusing my poor food choices as being busy or tired. I tried making changes but nothing stuck. I'm in my mid 30's & work as a cardiac nurse. I became really motivated after seeing alot of young people come in with heart attacks & realising it could be me. I started keto mid August 2018 after watching alot of Dr. Berg videos. I still do. I was 112.5kg. My knees hurt, i had an eye twitch for 3 months prior & had sore feet daily. Within a week my eye twitch was gone & my knees & feet had stopped hurting. As of this week: SW: 112.5kg CW: 87.7kg GW: 75kg. I mostly have TMAD & once or twice a week OMAD. I'm working up to 24-48 hour fasts. I have just had a huge wardrobe cleanout & am got rid of all the clothes i was hiding behind! I am starting to 'see' me more rather than shy away from attention/photos. I think its important to remember daily that the body takes time to heal & to remember how far you gave come rather than only see what you still want to achieve. Goals are important but celebrate your successes. Thankyou Dr. Berg for re educating me & explaining things so well! I've learnt so much.
