Feb 2018 I was pregnant and 190 pounds and I use to eat all carby sugary stuff.. After 2 weeks of my c section delivery I was weighing 170 pounds..I m vegetarian and I do eat eggs. I stopped eating gluten and sugar after 2 days of my delivery and I gradually switched to low carb and keto diet.. As a new mom and full time job I had no time for workout..
