Happy New Year everyone! I just wanted to share because I am proud of the changes I made in my health better since starting my weight loss journey in January 2018. The Before pic is December 2017 and the After pic is December 2018. I spent 2018 changing the way I eat, working out and in October 2018 I started doing Keto and Intermittent Fasting. I'm down 40 lbs!! Still have more weight to lose but I feel great and this group has definitely been my motivation!
