"TO THE KIND ATTENTION OF DR. ERIC BERG. Hello Dr. Berg, I just wanted to show you what your videos have done. Attached below is my before and after photo. I never wanted to weigh myself and i saw a photo of myself taken a few years ago at my business and I decided to take another photo on the same spot and was blown away at what I saw. Last year I stopped the intermittent fasting and I started gaining back the weight immediately. Now I eat only 1 or 1.5 meals a day within a 3 or 4 hour window every day. I fast between 20 to 22 hours every day and its feels great. Thank you for your amazing guidance that you are sharing with people who don’t understand that we humans are eating way too much and we were never meant to each so much. The abundance of food has made us all sick and fat. When you tell people about ketosis and intermittent fasting they look at you like your crazy! Thank you, thank you and thank you! Pushpinder"
