I started Keto, paired with Intermittent Fasting on 4/21/17. It has been the best weight loss and health decision of my life. I eat 20-30 total grams of carbohydrates a day and 1200-1500 calories. I workout 7 days a week, focusing on cardio, weight training, and yoga. I have dropped 108 pounds and have never felt better. My skin is better. My arthritis pain is gone, and I have endless energy and cognitive focus. Thank you Keto and IF! You have changed my life
