I'm Better Than I've Ever Been

I was a typical woman in my 40's working and climbing the corporate ladder. With this, came a lot stress, limited time to manage it and a lifestyle that fell apart slowly but surely over the years. I used to be a person that ate properly and exercised. I began managing my stress with cigarettes, a bottle of wine and take out food several times per week. As you can imagine over only a few years my lifestyle caught up with me and it brought an extra 50 pounds, a blood pressure of 160/89 and mornings of severe inflammation and pain every morning. I knew I needed to do something drastic so the first thing I did was to quit smoking. While searching for videos to support smoking cessation I found Dr. Berg. His nutritional approach to health is what appealed to me most and I began watching all of his content. Over a year and a half I have lost about 45 pounds my blood pressure is down to 112/78 and I am back to my old athletic self. Giving up sugar was a life changing decision. I feel better at 45 than I did when I was a fit 25 year old. Being able to understand the basic functions of the human body are truly the key to success and health. Dr. Berg injects these insights and lessons in a way that a lot of people can't convey. Thank you Dr. Berg for your excellent content. We are a strangers, but you have helped to change my life for the better.
