I started out 250 lbs and found Dr. Berg's videos and after watching them for a few months I started the keto diet. I lost 50 lbs in 3 months. What I eat in a day: 8 am Veggie drink 1 tbl food-grade diatomaceous earth, 1 tbl of stevia 1 tbl fresh lemon juice 1 tbl apple cider vinegar 1 tea cinnamon 1 scoop amazon super greens 8 oz water 11:30 am 3 stips bacon & an avocado Another veggie drink 5:30 pm 5oz of protein and kale shake 1 cup kale 1/2 cup parsley 5 baby carrots 1tbl lemon juice 1 tbl stevia 1 tbl apple cider vinegar 10 oz water. 10 pm a cup of Perro with stevia and cream I eat this every day. I have been off keto for 6 months now and have not gained any weight back. I am planning on going back on keto soon because I need to loose 50 more pounds because i was born with a birth defect called nail patilla syndrome. I only have half a knee cap in both knees and the extra weight is not fun to deal with.
