I lost 21kg through OMAD with the help of Dr Eric Berg

Hi! My name is Richard Ihensekhien. I'm a 500 level medical student from the University of Benin, Nigeria. For 8 years, I struggled with weight gain and insecurity about the appearance of my body. For this same time period, I went on numerous failed attempts to lose weight. I always believed that exercise and dieting were the best solutions but I had little knowledge of their application. With the Covid outbreak in 2020, forcing an unforseen national lockdown, I decided it was the perfect time to get my health back on track. That was when I found Dr Eric Berg on YouTube. I watched a lot of his videos on intermittent fasting, insulin resistance, exercise and diet. I went on an OMAD journey and after 4 months, I lost 15kg. It wasn't easy but the results I got after the first 2-3 weeks motivated me to keep on going. I had to stop the process due to school and exams but I promised to continue at a less busy time because I hadn't hit my target yet. Today, I am 20kg lighter. I applied these same principles again and lost 5kg in 2 months. In summary, I went from 101kg in May 2020 to 81kg in August 2021 with the help of Dr Eric Berg. I just want to say thank you to Dr Eric Berg and his team for blessing us with such life changing information.
