I lost 12 kg as you can see in the pictures!

MY success so far is a kind of Miracle for me. I am 37 and 11 years ago I've been told I develop a chronic rhinitis: whizzing and running eyes and nose which I cured with antistaminics everyday or a more dangerous injection of Kenacort. But the allergy always came back (During this time, 2 years ago, I have tried to have a baby with my wife but I've been told I have Teratozoospermia; after 2 months of healthy nutrition I did a second test, the result was an improvement of my sperm morphology but I was still under the line.) The miracle start to happen 2 months ago, when I meet you, dr Berg, and I start to apply seriously the Ketogenic Diet and the Intermetting Fasting. As for magic, the rhinitis is gone completely (it is 2 months I don't take any medicine!) and I lost 12 kg as you can see in the pictures!
