Myranda Hanni-Delling Shares Amazing Results - Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto

Story

By: Myranda Hanni-Delling

I have been a primarily one meal a day person for a long time. Some times I get off track. As a mother your family wants to eat every meal and its easy to snack when the kids have food out all day. But when I have gained weight I have desperately tried some other diets that requires you to eat more small meals through the day. They never work for me. For me getting up and eating early just makes me want to eat more. Its hard for me to stop feeling hungry after I start eating. This is why I have always gone back to just putting off eating as long as possible and I end up only eating in the evening with an hour or two left of the day before I go to bed. A lot of people don't understand this and think I should be tiered and lethargic all day but I actually feel better then when I'm trying to digest food all day. I feel better knowing that instead of worrying about what I have eaten all day I can eat what I want at night and feel full and satisfied. I do try to only put good stuff in though as I know that one meal is what my body is going to be running on for the next 23 hours. I would like your opinion on when the best time would be to workout. Right now I go in the am. It fits my schedule best but I get very tired in the late afternoon. I did workout last night right be for my meal in the evening and it seemed to work better as I had more energy during the day but I don't know how it works with my metabolism. I don't have before and after pics but I am 5'5 and when I'm on my omad diet I'm around 144-147 lbs and when I just try to eat healthy several times a day I'm around 157-162 lbs. I also try to workout 1- 1 1/2 hours 4-5 times a week.
