I started to eat pearl millet roti instead of wheat roti and eliminated sugar in the diet completely. I am mostly vegetarian and I was having weakness due to not having milk tea to avoid sugar. Then I started milk tea with Jaggery once a day in the morning and it helped me to get animal protein in form of milk that reduced my weakness. I also keep fast on Monday and intermediate fast every day. Then I found that my fatty liver vanished completely and there is loose skin and some fat on the lower abdomen which seems that will go away if I continue my routine. I eat at least four eggs per week on average which also helped a lot to reduce my vitamin B12 deficiency and it is also a good source of protein.
Overall, it is increasing the health of my mind and body and also helping me to look younger. As a vegetarian, I try to eat a good amount of veg as Dr. Berg suggests and lentils and legumes. I also do dumbbell work out and take rest and sleep to build muscles and lose excess fat. When I started to follow instructions then in one month, I just had started to feel good with some effects but after that real results are seen clearly. I also started to avoid drinking excess of water which was also increasing my weight and excessive urination. It all became possible due to scientifically explained video presentations of Dr. Eric Berg and actually implementing it in daily life.
