I finally did it!

I have been obese for a long time. Almost all my life. In the past years( certainly starting with 2018)

I would religiously watch your videos and get some good inspiration from them to make a change.

I did not go to the doctors but I I know that I was diabetic.

I started doing Jiujitsu, intermittent fasting and cut sugars out of my diet for a while. It my highest weight I was 380lbs.

I dropped down to 234lbs within 1 year! My protocol was 16:8 but on the days I was training I would only eat at lunch and go to bed on that one meal.

This stuff really works! The weight came off like layers of clothing.

Dr Berg you are truly doing God’s work. Thank you so much for your videos.
