I saw a video of you talking that eating sugar is bad for you, many months ago. Well, I've decided to stop eating stuff that has added sugar in stuff and I have completely noticed a change in my blood sugar. I used to get the shakes because my blood sugar dropped so low. I was hypoglycemic and I had to have sugar to bring my sugar level up again. Now I don't have to rely on sugar anymore and I'm also practicing water fasting in the past few weeks. I had a bad shoulder and didn't know what was the cause of the pain, but i tried water fasting for about 2 days. It was hard at first but after the second day I've noticed my arm got a lot better, and now most of the time I eat once a day. I feel so much better and I feel like I'm 18 again, this is truly amazing!!! This water fasting truly helps me, even more, to heal and get better from anything.
