I am Gaz.

Story

By: Garrick

I can't finish my story but I can tell you where I'm at. At 55, I've had to make some serious lifestyle changes. Believe it or not, my health and fitness were actually only the 3rd and 4th things I needed to do if I wanted to live longer and healthier. I think I was fortunate in that I was exposed to the internet suddenly, recently, and I knew what I needed to search for as a first stop. I found Dr. Berg very early on (luckily probably) and with his and one or two other sites' information, I formulated a shake, a Nutri bullet essentially. I've had it every day since Covid pretty much and I've linked it to a light workout. I think that I consume more nutrients in one week now than I would have in an entire year of living previously. That's not an exaggeration. I've never exercised routinely or anything like that before either, sitting was too much work before as far as I was concerned. This is what's happened to me. My liver and kidney function is outstanding now despite decades of drug abuse. All my blood, things like minerals, BS, Cholesterol improved, BP down 10pts. My skin, my nails are noticeably different. I've got this absolutely amazing spike in my memory performance and accessibility. I've regrown hair on my lower legs, my hairs thicker it seems. I've lost fat that I've carried since a teen and I look athletic for the first time ever at 55. I've lost 6kg, I think but I'm bigger. I've experience weak muscle development and strength improvements not to mention that all of these things and more have only inspired more lifestyle changes. I'm like a nerd born again Christian with it all but so what, so I should be. I've monitored my rejuvenation with the help of my doctor who incidentally thinks I'm a genius. I can offer up one major observation 16 months in, I call it the primitive factor. Now I'm aware that foods, as we know them, aren't necessarily the same as they were thousands of years ago but berries, seeds, nuts, fish, liver. All the things we all evolved on. Intermittent fasting is part of that as well. I haven't fully embraced keto but I definitely restrict my eating window to about 6 hours, 5 or 6 days a week. I've learned through some unique circumstances too that sleep plays an important role in muscle development. Now, I guess there's a chance that if I die tomorrow because I've had a pretty fat life and I don't mean fat. I've partaken in some pretty serious abuse (of myself). My next step is to have my hearts health properly examined but I'm fairly certain that I've extended my life expectancy and if I've done it, believe me, you can too..
