Hypoglycemia - Reduced - loss of weight

Happy Day to you. I'm in my mid 40's, living in Arizona. I was working out to become healthier and losing weight up to a certain point. Improving nutrition helped me finally, after 20 years, get below 200lbs, but still nothing further than 195. I have Hypoglycemia. I saw one of your videos where you stated you also had Hypoglycemia. Dr. Berg showed what he ate for breakfast. Eggs, bacon, avacado, and cheese. Then Dr Berg also used intermittent fasting. I decided to do a version. I ate eggs, home made honey wheat bread. Sometimes bacon and always cheese. This breakfast allowed me to not have to eat so often in the day. With use of the nutrition in Isagenix meal replacement shakes, I was able to do a modified version of intermittent fasting. Using doTerra Veggies and Fruit powder mix for other nutrition for dinner. I No Longer was controlled by the weakness that came with hypoglycemia for not eating every 2 hours. I was able to go 4 hours or more. I am able to do more and think clearer. In the year 2020, people around me kept gaining weight and I kept losing. I bought smaller cloths and now a year later, I have to start another round of buying smaller cloths. I am 174lbs at the time of this writing. I have more energy. I have more freedoms. I am not so plagued by hypoglycemia as I have been for over 20 years. THANK YOU DR. BERG!!! Thank you for continuing teaching about nutrition and health and how to help strengthen or relieve pains of the body! My immune system and other systems are running SO much better. THANK YOU!
