How I lost weight and gained strength.

Short story. I'm 67 years old and I gained 15 lbs from the start of covid. I came upon your videos because I was curious about the keto diet. I realized what you were saying was true about our body's physiology and how it reacts and relates to other food, the environment, and our attitude.

I started slow, about 1 month ago, but the process became so much easier for me fairly quickly. My appetite and craving went away to the point that I was a little nervous but not concerned. I continued to watch more and more videos and I have learned so much. I weighed myself this morning and I was down 15 lbs. I was amazed because it wasn't hard at all. I seem to have gained a lot of my physical strength and balance back, my stamina seems better, and I feel I have clearer and more acute brain function. I still need help sleeping though because my brain gets pretty hyper at bedtime. All in all, I am so impressed with the way you have made understanding this Keto process so available and easy to follow. I am going to continue this diet because I feel so much better on it and I am now down to 150lbs, and I would like to lose, maybe 10 more lbs. It's giving me something to look forward to.
