How I lost 35 lbs in 1 month

After I had turned 41 years old, I was overweight sluggish and occasionally my liver would get inflamed. After having my second child, I wanted to find a way to lose weight improve my stamina and eradicate the inflammation that I was having from time to time. I found Dr. Berg‘s site on YouTube and figured I would give his keto diet for a fatty liver a try. I followed his recommendation on autophagy. As well as his cauliflower crusted homemade pizza as I love pizza. And the results were astounding! Through the keto diet specific for fatty liver which would be considered light keto and through exercise I was able to lose 35 pounds in a month. I’m still 5 pounds away from my goal weight and I think I should be able to hit that within the next two weeks or so. I also follow his recommendation of drinking apple cider vinegar every night for bed with lemon and water as well as juicing celery for improved sleep. And those results have made a major impact along with the ginger tea he talks about for extending your keto fast. All of which have worked for me unbelievably well.So thank you so much Dr. Berg for changing my life as I plan on implementing these changes for the recommended three-year timeframe and ultimately for the rest of my life.
