I personally will be a strong advocate for Fasting and thank you so much for your very informative videos because that also helped a lot to understand what exactly goes on during Intermittent Fasting!

Hey Doc, Thank you so much for your videos about Intermittent Fasting. That helped me understand and then apply the methodology you explained. I started about 2 months ago with the 16:8 regime and then slowly came to the 20:4 regime. Currently, as I write this message, I am going through 72-hour water fast and have covered almost 30 hours of it. Another 42 hours remain of fasting. As for the first question that I usually get asked is... How do you do it? Well, to be honest, it's only the first 12 odd hours where your body signals you that you need food but once that is over, one tends to forget about it especially if being busy with chores, work, or some sort of distraction, the hunger does fade away. As for the results, well I must admit that it is absolutely amazing! I lost 12kgs of weight in about 2 months but that is not the only major benefit that I got from it. I had a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis to the point that I had trouble walking in the morning and nothing was working. Only this morning, did I realize that I have been getting out of bed and walking normally without limping and feeling no pain. So that has somehow disappeared. I also had a history of Sciatica and that has suddenly gone all quite with no lower-back ache or any issues standing or walking for long periods of time. Before jumping on the 20:4 fasting method, I was always over-worked and because of multiple responsibilities, my mind was somewhat clouded. I had problems managing 3 different businesses but ever since being on the 20:4 Intermittent Fasting, my brain seems to be working at its maximum. I feel supercharged and my focus has improved dramatically! The stamina is sky high, In fact so high that I feel that I could walk for hours and hours and not get tired. I have an appointment to have my eyesight checked because since last week or so, I have noticed that I don't need my glasses as often as before, but I highly doubt the fact that fasting would have any positive effects on eye sight. I will update you if there has indeed been any positive effect on my eyesight too! I have also noted that old injuries or traumas are not painful anymore. My knees have certainly improved as I don't get that minor pain when going up the stairs. Finally and this might be the most important one around is that my intimate life has improved so much. In basic terms, I feel like a bunny high on Viagra! So yes, it has helped me a great deal and I feel almost reborn. It's simply amazing! The only downside to all this is the fact that I now have to buy new clothes as all my trousers are just too big a size for me. Unfortunately, as this was a sudden spontaneous decision one bright day, I did not take any pictures which clearly showed my belly and general over weightiness. But I personally will be a strong advocate for Fasting and thank you so much for your very informative videos because that also helped a lot to understand what exactly goes on during Intermittent Fasting!
