I have been successful to keep between 94kg-98kg in 9 weeks, I know how to lose weight.

Dr. Berg, I learned so much from you. Any problems I come across, I search for you on YouTube and got your feedback. Dr. Jason Fung was the first person to get me into Fasting. I had NO idea what it meant. Since I was 3 years old, I battled obesity. I went to hospitals for checks, I was only 8 years old when I joined Jenny Craig, I even had Gastric Surgery at age 23 years old. Nothing worked. I'm 42 years old now. Then you come across and I listen to you both. Of course, Jason Fung only talked about insulin and fasting benefits, whereas you had "ALL" fasting, keto, and much more. After listening to both, I studied and learned and explored with my body. I was a Project Manager in my career work. So I did projects in my body with what you and Dr. Fung said. I'm not going to lie Dr. Fung was who promoted me with the weight loss journey, but you were my teacher who taught me how to do it with the pros and cons. I weighed 180kg plus Feb. 2020. I have all the weekly records of what I ate and what I consumed weekly in my journal till now, I can tell you what I consumed on 19th October 2020, if you want. I did a Fasting and low carb diet. I'm not going to say Keto, but believe me, I did become a fat-burning machine :) Currently, I weigh 94.2kg, and it's been only 19 months. I have been trying to learn how to keep my weight in maintenance for 9 weeks. I tried a lot of ways and googled a lot. I have been successful to keep between 94kg-98kg in 9 weeks, I know how to lose weight. I proved that. I know how to gain weight 180kg. I proved that. I don't know how to maintain my current weight and set my SETPOINT. This is causing me a lot of stress and issues in my life. I do not ever, I mean ever want to be 180kg. I couldn't wipe my backside, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't fit in an airplane seat or go bathroom outdoor. The suffering goes on and on. Now, I am experiencing what I can only see in my dreams. I am large in T-shirts, my jeans are size 32 AU, I can go play center with my kids enjoy with them. Dr. Berg, I can be here all YEAR :) explaining the pros. You should see what I was and what I am. But I am very scared.  I am in a world I have never been to.  Is this normal? OK, I understand Calories IN vs Calories OUT, Hormones vs Calories, Insulin vs. Weight Gain. I studied and learned always but what do I do to keep the way? Please help. Gino
