Healthy Keto is the answer

I live in Washington State I’m 60 years old and I always ate what I thought was healthy, always eat organic debris fast food, made homemade meals with lots of vegetables. After being a year insulin resistant and I could not find a solution I kept listening to YouTube videos and podcasts and never heard anything that made sense for what is going on with me. I wasn’t sleeping and my glucose levels were around 173. I came across Dr. Berg and it all started making sense. I immediately went on a healthy keto plan and my Levels came down, I started sleeping again, and I had more energy than I ever have before! I lost 20 pounds and have been feeling amazing it’s been over a year now. What works for me is to fast 20.4, I break my fast with a green smoothie have an avocado, for dinner some protein, and a bunch of vegetables. I discovered I cannot tolerate any of the keto-friendly sugars but that’s OK. I find a handful of nuts just as satisfying!
