Hello. My name is Jarrod Schnabel and I used to suffer from GERD. I started taking apple cider vinegar 2 years ago after every meal, first thing in the morning and before bed. I quit eating sugar, bread, drinking alcohol, and tobacco. I don't eat past 19:00 and wait at least 12 hour between dinner and breakfast. This new lifestyle has changed my life. I can breathe, sleep and function much better than ever before! I have not wavered in my relentless pursuit for change. Consistency seems to work best. Thank you very much!
