Great start, easier than expected.

After quitting vaping, I gained a lot of weight. After reaching 233lbs, I decided it was time for a diet. I always thought calorie counting was the way. I also assumed Keto was unhealthy until I discovered Dr. Berg’s videos. After watching countless videos for a week or so, I decided to try it. On June 22, I was 233lbs. Today is Aug 5 and I am 202. I feel full to my eating window (2-6). Most days I do OMAD but some I will have a snack before my window closes. I also have a new liking for vegetables lol. The intermittent fasting was easy for me as I don’t eat breakfast or lunch most days. Dr Berg’s videos explain everything in great detail, in a way I can relate to. He also comes across in a way we all wish Dr’s would. Lots of work to go but I feel that with his help, anybody can do it with a little work. I surely appreciate his time and effort.
