This weekend I did it! Passed another Milestone, for this 67 yr old Grandmother! I Celebrated 9 months on Keto (Starting Jan 20th) and said "Goodbye," to 85 pounds of UGLY FAT!!!! This is my original "Before taken January 20.2018, when I started Keto. I love the way I look but more than that the way I feel! Being OFF ALL MEDICATION...Including hypertension medication after strokes in 1997...Is the Icing on the un-cake! LOL.
