Good Start

Hi, My name is Rakesh. I am an Indian living in Germany. I have been following Dr. Berg for quite a while now. I recently started doing OMAD and stopped my sugar intake and lowered my carbs from a month ago, I already see some benefits, I will continue to do so and keep you updated.
