Getting skinny...er

I'm about 5'11 tall and in my early sixties. I managed to work my way up to about 250 pounds. Yikes! While researching a plan to de-fattify, I ultimately found Dr. Berg on YouTube. I ended-up following his dietary recommendations including intermittent fasting. The intermittent fasting was my breakthrough and, I believe, the largest contributor in my success in losing weight.. I got down to 190 pounds. This was pre-COVID. Like many others during COVID, I let my weight creep back up. I am working my way down again. Such is life. Dr. Berg rocks!
