Getting better!

Story

By: Scott Rock

I started your keto lifestyle change about 3 months ago, I died 3 years ago and was brought back, been confined to a wheelchair for the past 3 years. I went from 190# at 6'2" down to 170#. Was dependent on insulin and now I'm not taking it. My insulin resistance is getting better, I've been working really hard and have taught myself to walk again. I had bought myself a new mountain bike as motivation, on June 6th 2021, I was able to walk out of my building and get on that bike. I was told by a surgeon that without neck surgery I could never walk again. The first day of riding I did 2.5 miles ,next day 3.5, then 4.5, the next was 6, then 9 miles. I took 3 days off to heal. Then June 14th I started again with 9 miles. I'm just going to keep pushing more each day, I'm doing great for a 48 year old man with 10 herniated discs and the left side of my brain stem pinched and I'm not stopping!!! THANK YOU Dr Berg
