Getting back to being ripped

I've always been into fitness and diet and leading a healthy lifestyle. But somewhere in between putting on a lot of muscle in my 20s, binge drinking, and unhealthy eating in my late 20s and early 30s left me out of shape at 33. My metabolism didn't seem to be what it used to be. Been following your videos for around 4 months now and I'm very pleased to say that, I've gotten back to being cut and intermittent fasting really has helped cut down my insane appetite that developed after the 'bulking' phase I went through in my 20s cause I wanted to look like the hulk back then lol. Young and stupid. Thanks, doc!
