I’ve struggled for so many with a correct weight for me and never achieved any satisfying results.
I was 224 pounds 11 months ago when I discovered Dr Berg on Facebook. I started little by little but not really serious about another mouth on Facebook.
Then I watched the Insulin affects in our body and that caught my attention. Then the Fasting effect was so fascinating. I was hooked. I really got into the good fat bad fat. I thought. I can do that. I’m following the 18 to 20 hour fasting the best I can and I’m now 184 pounds and dropping weight still.
Hope to hit 180 soon. Dr. Bergs lectures are so sensible and attainable. I’ve improved my Asthma problems. I’m noticing a difference in my erection issues and the medication I take seams to be be more affect. My workouts show better results in muscle tone. My face is thinner in appearance. I’m buying xl to large shirts. My xxl’s look horrible on me. Baggy! My legs Ankles and feet are thinning by the month.
Sugar bad! No more.
